About Dr. Walter H. Gardiner
Dr. Walter Gardiner, MD
Dr. Walter H. Gardiner is founder and Medical Director of both Caribbean Kidney Center facilities in the US Virgin Islands. Dr. Gardiner, who has been recognized in the Who’s Who of Practicing Physicians, has been a practicing physician and a nephrologist since 1980.
In addition to nephrology, his diverse training and experience include the field of internal medicine. His practice has included operating seven facilities throughout Tennessee and Kentucky. Dr. Gardiner’s vast knowledge and experience in nephrology and other medical disciplines permits him to provide top quality medical care to his patients. He is frequently praised by nursing staff, colleagues, patients, and employees alike for his compassion and dedication.
Dr. Gardiner became involved in the provision of dialysis services in the U.S. Virgin Islands in 1995 when he spearheaded the improvement of dialysis services at the Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center on St. Croix.
